happy birthday snail mail!

i haven't really been writing cards lately.
mostly cause no birthdays and i've honestly been lazy. but July came around along with a lot of birthdays so i finally send out a batch. well only 3. but still!

i sent this card to Abel! and this time i remembered to add a stamp before i sent it out lol.

this card is from the ABM line a couple of months back. i didnt have a bro to give it to (it says happy birthday bro in the back) so this was a perfect card to send to him. specially since he has a beard!

i loove it!

im not a fan of the darker colored envelopes cause its hard for me to decorate specially since my calligraphy is non existent but i used washi tape and i saw these stickers Danielle sent me so i had to use them!

this card is for Shan out in London (!!!!) that is so awesome to me still.

basically, all these cards of from past abm happy mail packets but still i love them so!

all blank on the inside so i can color them however i want! (:

sorry for the crappy pics but i only have time at night and i have horrible lighting in my room since i lost my one and only (out of 2 actually) window.

this months abm happy mail is sooo freaking cute!

i say that mostly cause of the emoji stickers (which you can also get here from Carlee!)

i only used 2 this month cause a) no birthdays and b) a lot of em are all lovey dovey and so yea...

i sent this one to nelson! its just a plain post card! I've been owing him one for a while but like i said i didn't have a just because one so i had to wait! this one was perfect!

i didn't shoot the inside but it says you're my favorite. (:

this one is going out to R. he loved the last one and actually asked for another one. i sent him this one without telling him so i cant wait til he gets it!

i also owe him a nice little thank you note for the amazing date on sat!

i seriously want to take a calligraphy class so i can get even more creative on the addressing of the cards! my writing is okay but not <3 ya know!

Snail Mail

i never knew i'd LOVE buying stamps! i still have some Harry Potter ones but i thought i'd save those for around Halloween time.

i know its been a while since my last snail mail post but last months ABM Happy Mail didn't really drive me crazy and so i didn't even send out much. this months looks much better! and the bonuses....eeeek!

I've been under the weather, coughing up a storm but i finally got around to sending 3.

sending this one out to MR. A.

this is actually an old one from the ABM HM pack i think from Feb. when i got it all i kept thinking was "who am i going to send this to!?" its not like you can randomly send this to just anyone.

then, as life seems to work, there's currently someone who i can send this to. (insert super cheesy its so ridiculous emoji grin face smile!)

i told him i love to mail cards out and his first thought was "why? its not like im in jail to be receiving a card." i gently tapped him on the shoulder, told him to shut up and that i'd never send him one.

then a couple of days later, he asked for a card. and he's been buggin for one since.

tun tun! this one is perfect.

and everyone on my instagram seems to like it! :D

cant wait to see what he says!

well i sent her this one (which is odd because im sorta always with her lol) because of the winky face.

girl LOVES to wear eyelashes all the time and im always amazed because im far from being a girly girl so when i saw this i thought of her.

thank god i didnt write anything raunchy in it cause her mom was visiting and i think she said she read it lol. i was just telling her about some cute guy at work. ;)

this one is actually 1 card back and front and i sent it to Carlee cause she said she liked it! (she also liked the grumpy cat but i had already send that one out. and yes i did forget to add a stamp! :( but they did still deliver it!!!)

i also sent her some other stuff cause she's my legit pen pal but this is a super cute card!

it was a short one this month but hopefully this coming month will be a little bit better!

they keep making the cards cuter and cuter which makes it even harder for me to send out.

Snail Mail Bunch!

did ya think I'd start a new series and forget? never!

i purchased ABM's Happy Mail the month of Jan as a trial thing. i got Feb's on accident (because YOU have to call and cancel! -.-) so i signed up for 6 months for the month of March.

and then, the other night, i emailed em and signed up for a year cause lets face it, this stuff is TOO cute to even think about missing out.

that and a year cost $15 a month vs $18 for 6.

aaannyyyways, let's get started!

this one got sent to my cousins wife. I LOVE HER! that dude mega scored!

this is actually a card from Feb but as soon as i saw it i thought it was perfect for her.

i posted these on facebook and she asked for one. she said all she gets in the mail is bills so Edwin knows not to open up any invitations lol.

im pretty sure ill be sending her a card once a month!

i love the gold foil but what i love the most is that this can be framed or washi taped up on the wall!

gotta love multi tasking cards.

my cousin Vera is going to school to be a nurse.

that takes guts cause God knows i cannot even think about taking care of another human. she's always up studying til like 3 am and shes up and kicking ass at 545 (snapchats prove it!)

this is the perfect card for her.

Kierra & Evanna

i dont know them personally BUT i found out about Kierra through an ABM instagram post and well, long story short, her daughter was born with a heart defect. well, read her blog. she'll explain it better than i can ever try to.

her daughter, Evanna, will be turning 1 on 4/29 and she will be spending her birthday in the hospital so Kierra asked that her readers send her daughter birthday cards.

you know i had to jump on that!

so i sent Evanna a card and i decided to send Kierra a card as well. just a little reminder that everything happens for a reason and that i admire her for showing her strength when she could easily look the other way.

Birthday Babes // Jay & Laine

i kept it fairly simple for these gals. mostly because i was running late and cause sometimes less is (a little bit) more.

these 2 are going out to Jaydeen and Elaine who have a birthday today and well, yesterday!

this is a card from the ABM happy mail package that i got this month.

as soon as i saw i thought JAY!!! and i posted it on instagram and she basically called dibs. great minds think alike!

for Laine's card i used a happy birthday card from a stack i already had. i swear those insta sales are what get me! i got holiday cards and birthday card and just because cards and i looove it!

(also the candles remind me of the ones i got for my birthday!)

(no love coupons were used in the making, i just needed to block her address!)

i sent these out today and i cant wait for them to receive em!

specially since im late. i think a little happy birthday wish AFTER is probably even better. :D

Snail Mail // New Job - Gladys!

hey guys!

im here! last week was hectic with 2 jobs and school starting up. i learned the hard way that NO MATTER what, i am not a morning person. at least not when i need to be awake and somewhere by 7 am! so i made adjustments and i think im going to be okay!

last month i bought the ABM happy mail pack because it was TOO cute to pass up. i was afraid of commitment so i did the month to month deal. i guess i forgot that they will charge you UNTIL you actually cancel it with them so i got charged for this months as well.

luckily, i like this months deal too so i signed up for 6 months! (1 year is too much of a commitment. but lets face it, i will probably sign up for it anyways.)

of course, what am i going to do with a trillion cards!?

and ive decided to start a new snail mail series where i show you what i do send out when i send 'em out! but lets face it, its mostly cause these cards are so effin adorable and it hurts my heart to part with them so what better way to track them lol!

so here's to a new blog series!!! (that im bummed i started late cause ive sent some good ones out recently!!!)

so to start of the series, here is the super duper itty bitty cute card that im sending out to my friend Gladys!

She just started a new job on Monday and ive been texting her like crazy to tell her good luck and see how she did and how it went and when i saw this card i instantly though of her!

as you can see above, the card was plain so i just added some washi tape. but i still loved how it looked plain!

also, the love coupon was from last months ABM's happy mail.

i was thinking to myself "who the heck am i going to use these on? i aint got no man!" but then of course, they could be used for anyone! so i sent her one for a coffee date (she wants to go to a new place by my house) or even better, a dinner date at our favorite Chinese (i see i spelled it wrong! ._.) place!
